Additional Staff, Products and New West Coast Office Lead to DigitalGlue’s “Growing Gains”

Glen McGuire Joins as Director of Sales, New Office Opens, Company Adds Two More Team Members and Offers 12 Additional Product Lines

November 8, 2018 – Murrieta, California – DigitalGlue is experiencing growing gains. The leading equipment, integration, and software development provider has added several team members, opened another office, and increased its best-of-breed product lines with solutions from twelve new vendors. Sean Busby, DigitalGlue president, revealed details of the Company’s expansion, and noted that the enhancements will strengthen its ability to serve key broadcast, production and post markets with a larger staff, sophisticated surroundings and expanded product offerings that include the company’s own recently launched creative.space On-Premise Managed Storage™ (OPMS) service.

Industry veteran, Glen McGuire, joins DigitalGlue as director of sales following 23 years at PRECO, a well-established distributor with deep roots in all market segments. McGuire launched his career as a customer service representative and rose in the ranks to senior sales engineer and remained top salesman for 15 years in a row. McGuire will be based in the Burbank area and concentrate on Production/Post Production workflows with a special focus on creative.space.

“We are so fortunate to welcome Glen to the DigitalGlue family,” says Busby. “Glen’s approach to customers and sales mirrors our own philosophy: provide the best support and help the customer find the most appropriate product to fit their requirement. His contributions to PRECO were legendary, and we’re confident he will continue that tradition at DigitalGlue.”

In addition to McGuire, DigitalGlue has increased the staff with two other team members. Thomas Casez, UX/UI software developer, has been tapped to specifically support creative.space, and Christina Anderson was brought onboard as marketing operations manager for all company divisions.

As UX/UI Software Developer, Casez is responsible for the design and development of the Web interface for creative.space. Prior to joining DigitalGlue, Casez worked as a UI engineer, and as a software developer and designer.

As marketing operations manager, Christina Anderson is overseeing the development, execution, project management, and analytical monitoring/measuring of all marketing activities. She comes to DigitalGlue with a strong background in business development, operations management and sales enablement.

“DigitalGlue has seen incredible growth since the launch of our own extremely well-received creative.space,” adds Busby. “But by integrating 12 additional vendors into our product offerings, we are able to give our customers a competitive edge with a choice of best-of-breed solutions ranging from technical furniture to future-proof IP-based technologies.”

“Our new location in Murrieta, California affords us the space to accommodate this amplification of physical inventory, and the resources to manage the dramatic increase in activity we’re experiencing. Now we can serve our customers on the west coast better and expand our reach across the whole country. We are excited for what will come next!”

The company’s new 5,000+, square-foot-space features numerous private suites, open spaces to work alongside co-workers as well as a large communal area to collaborate with colleagues. For the staff and guests, there’s a kitchen, spacious conference room for high-level meetings and a warehouse for inventory so the company can fill customer orders faster than before. The new building features enough space to grow along with the company and accommodate the team for years to come.

This new office follows the 2016 launch of the Atlanta, GA east coast hub that expanded the Company beyond its traditional role in broadcast contribution and distribution by offering equipment demos, training, VR (Virtual Reality) and post production facilities.
