RMA Procedure

RMA Request Form
  1. Customer calls or emails for repair
  2. Customer is sent RMA form (or downloads from our website)
  3. Completed RMA form returned to DigitalGlue
  4. DigitalGlue determines if unit is under warranty
  5. RMA is requested from manufacturer or in some cases DigitalGlue accepts unit for internal evaluation and/or repair
  6. Instruction sent to customer:
    • Under warranty – DigitalGlue obtains RMA and instructs customer to ship unit to DigitalGlue or manufacturer
    • Not under warranty – customer provided quote, RMA is obtained after customer provides PO
  7. DigitalGlue tracks repair
  8. DigitalGlue tracks return shipment and provides tracking info to customer, customer sent invoice or Credit Card is charged
  9. DigitalGlue confirms receipt of repaired unit by customer
